Narelle owner of Eyelash Boutique was one of the first eyelash extension operators on the Gold Coast starting in July 2006. She started eyelash extensions as a hobbie which has escalated into a successful business and in July 2009 Narelle moved her home based business into her own shop situated at Chevron Island, Surfers Paradise. The Eyelash Boutique is a unique business being the only boutique specialising in only eyelash extensions.
Specialising only in applying eyelash extensions Narelle's work has been described as being immaculate and being the Leonardo Da Vinci of eyelashes. Narelle's reputation as being one of the Gold Coast's leading eyelash technicians is spreading due to her expertise, knowledge and eye for detail resulting in superb lash extensions and extremely happy clients who travel from as far as the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Lismore, Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Kingscliff, Dalby and Tweed Heads.
Studying studied beauty therapy in 1989 and then taught skin care and makeup in a modeling agency, Narelle later started her own grooming and deportment courses at the southern end of the Gold Coast, taught grooming in numerous schools and judged local model discovery competitions. At the time, teaching boys deportment was quite a novelty and resulted in a segment on the television show, Brisbane Extra and a featured article in The Gold Coast Bulletin.
Narelle also worked with a Japanese wedding company as their only Australia Hair and Make-up Stylist.
Also on the eyelash team is Kirsty who joined the Eyelash Boutique on the opening of the Chevron Island shop in July 2009. Kirsty has been trained to a high standard by Narelle using a specialised technique and exclusive eyelash extension products. Kirsty is a qualified Beauty Therapist who also has a great eye for detail and her reputation for her high standard of work is spreading fast.
